
I drive by this swamp every morning on my way to work. In the winter the sun glistens off of the hoar frost that covers everything in it. In the spring it floods with muddy water. In the summer it fills with those purple flowers that don't belong here.
This is what it looked one foggy fall morning a couple of weeks ago. This was the first time I ever stopped to take a picture of it.
